You answer a few questions about what you need help with, which takes about 3 minutes. A member of our team then calls you, talks through your situation and introduces you to an independent financial adviser who fits it. The adviser then gets in touch to arrange a first meeting.
Yes. Introductions are free and there is no obligation to proceed. If you choose to work with an adviser, their fees are agreed directly between you and them before you commit to anything.
A member of the team calls within one working hour (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday) to talk through your enquiry and introduce your match.
We ask what you would like help with, roughly how much money is involved and how you would prefer to meet, then explain how the introduction works.

Hourly rates typically run from £100 to £350, and Which? reported an average of £205 an hour in 2026. Many advisers charge a fixed or percentage fee for initial advice and often 0.5% to 1% a year for ongoing advice. Advisers must tell you their charges before you commit.
